Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (315 g)
  • 70 g mayonnaise
  • 10 g mustard
  • fresh dill
  • smoked paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Procedure

  1. Boil eggs 10 min (?)
  2. Cool eggs in ice bath
  3. Peel and press eggs with large serving fork
  4. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and spices
